ENROLLMENT
The contract signed for a child's care goes form late August
(or the date of enrollment, if starting at a time other
than the beginning of the "school year") until approximately
the end of the first full week of July each year. During
those 46 weeks, the weekly fee is due each week except
the week at holiday time the Center is closed. The family's
Unpaid Days may also be used during this time.
Six weeks during the summer are designated
"summer weeks." The specific starting and ending dates of
this six-week period will be announced each spring. Generally,
they are the last 3 weeks of July and the first 3 weeks of
August.
Each Spring the parent must designate if they are keeping
their regular schedule OR taking the entire 6 week "summer
weeks" period off.
If they choose to take the 6-week period off, with no attendance,
and want their child's place held for the fall, they must pay
50% of their regular fee each week. "Unpaid Days" may be used
to decrease the weeks/days for which 50% payment is due.
If they choose to take the 6-week period off with no attendance
and no payment, the child's name will go back onto the waiting
list for the Fall. The Registration Fee will have to be paid
in order to re-enroll if a space become available.
If a family reduces the number of days they want their child
to attend during the "summer weeks," they would pay their regular
fee for the scheduled days and 50% of the difference between
the two schedules in order to hold their regular place in the
fall.
